THE BRIGHTER PACKAGE AND TASTER

All of our packages are tailored made specifically to what you want to achieve and to a budget that is affordable for your personal circumstances.  At BrighterYou the focus is on self-belief, confidence, empowerment and the release of any negative thought patterns and behaviours that are holding you back. Below are the typical packages we offer and after your initial telephone conversation, your package will be bespokely put together ensuring you have exactly the right combination of techniques that will work for you.

THE BRIGHTER PACKAGE

This package is designed to help with confidence, self belief and to help find clarity and direction with a specific area you choose to work on. It consists of 12 hours (either 12 one hour sessions or 6 two hour sessions) plus unlimited email support for the duration and for 1 month after the sessions finish). The location will be in North Somerset as well as via video call. In these sessions you will:

  • Understand your true values and how they impact on everything you do in life. We will then align them to your goals allowing you to work towards what you want in life effortlessly
  • Resolve any internal conflicts and thought patterns associated with your chosen area allowing you find a sense of calm and peace from within
  • Focus on your goal and find real clarity with what you want in life so that you strive to work towards it easily
  • Release self-doubt and negative self talk
  • Gain back control of your thoughts and behaviour and find a sense of direction to where you want to be in life
 
 
THE TASTER
 
This 2 hour session is designed for those just starting out on their self discovery journey and who may be wanting to sample NLP coaching before committing to a larger package. As these sessions are bespoke, the content can vary greatly from person to person but a session may include the following:
  • Removal of negative beliefs you have about yourself
  • Confidence building with tools to take away and use at home
  • A focus on your goal and how to make it so compelling you naturally strive to get it
  • Tools to help with negative feelings such as anxiety
  • A greater understanding of your thought processes enabling you to take back control and stop doing thoughts and behaviours that aren’t useful
