WHAT IS KINETIC SHIFT?
Kinetic Shift is an effective therapy technique that was developed by Karl Smith of the UK Hypnosis Academy (UKHA) and field tested with Military and Emergency Services Personnel. It helps with Fears, Stress, Anxiety, Pain and Negative Emotions.
It’s active, intuitive, dynamic and energising and it delivers astounding results extremely quickly. It is extremely versatile in that it can be used alone or with other therapies and can aslo be used face to face or on-line which offers real flexibility
One of the great benefits of Kinetic Shift is that it is completely content free, meaning I won’t need to know what the problem is to change it. In many cases the client doesn’t need to know either because the technique works at an unconscious level.

SO WHAT HAPPENS DURING A KINETIC SHIFT SESSION?
Kinetic Shift is a 7 stage process. It is not a lay down, close your eyes and keep quiet therapy; it uses client participation to work directly with the unconscious mind, not the conscious or the thinking part of the brain. I will lead you through the stages which use a variety of techniques to work through and release the issue.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
This depends on the issue but because Kinetic Shift is so fast and effective therapy, it is possible for problems to be resolved in a single session. Complex or chronic cases may obviously take longer as sometimes further issues are brought to the surface when the presenting problem has been dealt with.
